Happy half birthday to this perfectly squishy girl! So Haddie... what can I say about this living doll? I mean, those cheeks are just SO kissable! And when she smiles, she melts my heart. Also, I doubt I've ever seen a kid more crazy about Mickey. :) Honest to goodness, I love this girl to pieces!

I had the pleasure of photographing this sweet family on a cold and dreary late Winter morning at a local park. 3-year-old Miss Zoey is spunky, sassy, and full of personality! But seriously though, those curls! Aren't they amazing?!
You guys, this family is so awesome! They seriously rock. No, literally. They do. They're releasing a family album in just a few months. And I had the honor of doing their promotional photos to be used on the CD cover!! How fun is that? These people are just have it all... talent, good looks, a great sense of humor, a wonderful family bond, and so down-to-earth. Not to mention that Keri is honest-to-goodness one of the best cooks (and moms) I know. I could go on and on about how much I love the Beer family, but instead I'll just show off the images we made on this grey (but thankfully not too cold) March day. P.S. Yes, they have 5 kids. And each one of them is just a respectful, sweet, smart, kind, obedient, and fun as you'd ever want to meet! xoxo
I had the pleasure of cuddling with {and photographing} sweet Haddon a few days ago. What a peach. He slept like a champ almost the whole time, gave me several gorgeous smiles, and didn't make a peep. He was so stinking adorable that I didn't even mind when he pooped on me! haha!
I know I've mentioned this before, but I do love his family. His big sister Lily was one of my first newborn clients 2 years ago. It's hard to believe she's old enough to be a big sister now. So, I am pleased to introduce you to Haddon James Cazee. Born on January 21, 2014. 8 lbs 5 oz. and 20 inches long. He's a handsome fellow, don't you think? A thousands congrats to Matt & Brittanny on their new precious blessing! Lynden Joy just turned one! This girl. I mean, look at the personality in her precious face. Oh, those squishy cheeks, sparkling eyes, chubby legs. Pure one-year-old perfection. Let me tell you a story about Lyndi's strand of pearls. These have been in her family for 4 generations now, and when she gets married she'll be the 4th woman to wear them on her wedding day. What a great family hierloom! I should also mention that her Mommy made all the headbands she wore. In fact she just whipped up the feather one right before our session. I think it fits Lyndi's flapper style romper and pearls perfectly, don't you? Melissa is certainly a talented woman! The delicious and beautiful (and messy) cupcake was provided by All Mixed Up Cupcake Company. Check them out at : www.facebook.com/allmixedupcupcakes
This was one of those sessions where I giggled the entire way through! 6-month-old Lexi Jule is so funny, expressive, and sassy, and has a penchant for pretty sparkly things. (basically a mini-me of her Mama!) And I don't know about you, but there is something about naked baby chubby rolls that just makes my heart happy! Thanks, baby girl, for making my job so enjoyable! xoxo
So, Vincent was one of the very first newborns I ever photographed. He was perfect then, and I think he's pretty stinking perfect now. He's curious, smart, adorable, funny, and a little mischievous... ALL boy! His Mama & Daddy are special people to me too, so this photo session was really a pleasure. I can't wait until there are more little baby Ritters running around for me to photograph! :)
Shane & Rachel Camp are happy to welcome Miss Elin Grace into their lives. She was born July 25th, weighing 6 pounds 8 ounces, and measuring 19.5 inches. She is beautiful, perfect, and so very loved! Congrats, you two! Parenthood looks great on you! :)
Precious, brand-new Eden has to be the most cherish baby sister EVER. Her four older siblings and parents simply adore her. Their interactions are so gentle and sweet, I can tell she will be fiercely protected and thoroughly loved. I enjoyed spending time in their home, getting to know them a little, and photographing each of them.
The Fetschers and I met for a little Mini-Session in the park this afternoon. I just can't tell you how happy it makes me to photograph them like this. :) I'll just leave it at that. Enjoy.
Happy first birthday Samuel, you adorable, bright-eyed, cake-devouring child! I can't believe it has been a year since we met for his newborn photos! Big boy!
![]() Oh my word! These two brothers are a hoot! Jackson, 4 years old, and Sam, 2 years old, are a dynamic duo to be sure. They are typical busy, curious, playful, funny boys who love rocks, m&ms, climbing, and super-heroes of course! On this particular Saturday, I met up with them in quaint downtown Newburgh for a shot specifically requested by their Mom! Superman! Cute idea, Summer! I know you wouldn't tell by looking at them, but they are both extremely camera shy. So getting any shots looking in my direction at all was a feat of superhuman strength. Ok, just kidding about the strength part. But I did have to pull quite a few tricks out of my arsenal. And I admit, I'm not above bribery by chocolate. ![]() Who's the prettiest one year old in town? Oh, Miss Lily I think you quite possibly could be! This fabulous birthday girl is another one of my newborns, all grown up! And you better believe she was rockin her tutu like a princess! Here's what I love about Lily... she's happy just about all the time, her eyes sparkle, she has the softest whispy hair, she loves to dance, she's a Colts fan, and she can put a serious hurt on a cupcake! But mostly I adore her spunky, fun personality! As her Mommy always says "Lilian Cazee, you're amazing!" I honestly love this little pink princess! {I'm also pretty fond of her lovely parents too!} The happiest of birthdays to you sweet girl! ![]() Be still my heart. This birthday boy has the poutiest, kissiest lips {is that a word?} and the sweetest face! Carson, how can you be ONE already? Wasn't it just a few days ago when I swaddled you up for your newborn photos? Doesn't it seem like yesterday that you pooped all over me (and your blankets)? Now you're mobile and so smart! Not to mention what a great cake-eater you are! My goodness, this kid got it done! :) One of my favorite things about this job is getting to watch these little people grow up in front of my lens. It's bitter-sweet. Happy birthday sweet Carson. Here's to many more years of capturing your gorgeous face! |
