As the Direction of Education for the Evansville Philharmonic Orchestra, a mommy to two little boys, a church choir director, and now an author, Summer keeps herself busy. And as if all that weren't enough she spends her off time perfecting her yoga poses, directing Civic Theater, and assisting with local high school musicals! I honestly don't know when she finds time to sleep! So, when she asked me to take some updated "non-traditional" headshots for her portfolio I was on it! I love to try new locations and ideas and she was a great sport! We tromped through weeds, trespassed in a junkyard, used a dumpster (not stinky) as a prop, climbed a fire escape, and we may or may not have been honked at by as many as 7 vehicles while shooting on a busy road. Don't worry, no body was endangered in the making of any of these images (that I know of)! It was a fun shoot to say the least!
